RECEPTIONS AND CONFERENCE DINNER

Sunday November 28: A Welcome Reception will be held on November 28 at the congress venue. 

Monday November 29: All delegates are invited by City of Copenhagen for the reception at Copenhagen Town Hall on November 29. 

December 01: Conference Dinner is held at Tivoli Congress Center (congress venue). Price for the conference dinner is DKK 675 per person. Accompanying guests are also welcomed. The package price includes 3 course dinner and 3 glasses of wine.

 

OPTIONAL CITY TOUR

14:00-17:00, Sunday November 28: A city tour will be available for delegates and spouses interested in getting to know Copenhagen.

Price: DKK525 per ticket. The ticket includes entrance ticket to Christiansborg (subject to final confirmation), English speaking guide, bus, and 1 bottle of water per person. We require minimum 15 delegates in order to materialize the tour. In case the tour would not be materialized, delegates will be informed before November 15, 2021 and the full ticket price will be refunded.

Meeting Point: Meet our guide in the foyer area in front of the Tivoli Congress Center's main congress hall.

Tour Description: If you want to discover the lovely city of Copenhagen, this is a perfect opportunity. In this 3 hours bus tour, the city authorized guide will not only give you a briefing of the history and background of Denmark, show you all the must-sees, but also the authentic stories about Danes and the daily life of Copenhagen. The bus tour covering all the major attractions and sights of the Danish Capital. We will first see The Little Mermaid, inspired by H. C. Andersen's fairytale, the Gefion fountain, Kastellet (The Citadel), Amalienborg Palace – winter residence of the Royal Family where there will be restrooms and a souvenir shop. From the square in front of the Palace you can enjoy the view just across the harbor to the beautiful Royal Danish Opera house. You will also pass by some of the greatest sights like the colorful harbor district of Nyhavn, The Old Stock Exchange, the Christiansborg Palace home to the Danish Parliament and the National Museum. The famous Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek, Rosenborg Castle and Tivoli Gardens are of course also included in our itinerary. Tour will end at Tivoli Congress Center.
