Payments

Registration is to be made online. Fee will be charged in Danish Kroner (DKK). Full payment by credit card or bank transfer will be required in order to confirm the conference ticket(s) and hotel bookings.

Cancellation of the conference/social events

Before August 25, 2021: The full amount will be refunded less an administration fee of DKK400 and any transaction fees. 
From August 26, 2021: No refund on the cancellations.
