Instructions for Presentations

PowerPoint 16:9 format is recommended for all the oral presentations.

PLENARY LECTURES

The presentation time for each plenary lecture is 40 min plus 5 min for discussion.

KEYNOTE LECTURES

The presentation time for each keynote lecture is 25 min plus 5 min for discussion.

REGULAR LECTURES

The presentation time for each regular lecture is 15 min plus 5 min for discussion.

POSTER SIZE

The poster board display area is 94 cm (width) and 192 cm (height). The poster should not excess the poster display area. All the poster boards will be numbered after the poster submission number. Presenters should find the correct poster board to display the work. Your poster number has been sent to you. If you are not sure what number you have, please refer to your original submission email.

Posters are mounted by tape. Conference organizer will supply power stripe/tape onsite. You can mount your posters from the start of the conference (from 08:30 November 29). Dismantle can be done from 14:00 on December 01. All posters must be dismantled before 17:30 on December 01. Any remaining posters will be removed and discarded after 17:30, December 01.

The congress does not provide the poster printing service. If you wish to have the poster delivered to the hotel/congress center, it will be on your own risk. If you wish to print the poster locally, please contact VesterKopi to seek for assistance.
